Aerospace & Defense

Juzar Ghadyali leads the U.S.-India Business Council’s Aerospace and Defense Committee.  He previously served at the Pentagon advancing the U.S.-India Defense Relationship through Security Cooperation efforts such as the Defense Technology and Trade Initiative (DTTI).  Most recently, Ghadyali was a Strategic Planner for Foreign Military Sales at the U.S. Department of the Navy, focusing on Unmanned and Autonomous Systems.  He has held numerous other assignments at the Department of Defense in the areas of Defense Acquisition, Contract Negotiation, and International Armaments Cooperation.

Earlier in his career, Ghadyali served in the U.S. Peace Corps as a Small Business Development Advisor in the Eastern Caribbean, working with the local Chamber of Commerce and aspiring entrepreneurs.  He also worked on environmental conservation projects protecting marine species and habitats. Juzar studied Economics at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor, and received a Master’s in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
