The U.S.-India Business Council (USIBC), in partnership with Google, invites you to the launch of the first India Innovation Index (III) report. The launch will feature remarks from National Institution for Transforming India (NITI) Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant and Institute for Competitiveness (IFC) Honorary Chairman Amit Kapoor. IFC collaborated closely with NITI Aayog as the knowledge partner developing the report, and will continue work on subsequent editions.

The India Innovation Index 2019, developed along the lines of the Global Innovation Index (GII), tracks the performance of states and union territories across india, and explores policy levers to accelerate innovation and encourage good governance. The report captures trends in this space, analyses critical factors that drive innovation at the national and subnational levels, ranks governments on progress, and outlines next steps for progressive and lagging states.
