The U.S.-India Business Council invites you to join a roundtable discussion on global trends in the real estate market.  Experts will share their views on the outlook for international real estate in 2020-2021 and the increasing importance of Indian investors to global market growth, particularly Indians investing in the United States. The roundtable will serve as a kick-off event for the International Real Estate Expo 2020 and will bring together key stakeholders to discuss how to deepen global real estate investment capabilities in India.

Jason DiBona

SVP, Global Sales Strategies at Lennar International

Jason DiBona is Senior Vice President of Global Sales Strategies for Lennar International, a Division of Lennar Corporation, America’s largest homebuilder. Jason leads the global sales and marketing organization and oversees all efforts to direct foreign investment to home sales across Lennar’s diverse U.S. real estate platform. Lennar International’s extensive, global network serves the needs of buyers, brokers and agents from more that 120 countries around the world.

Jason has over 25 years of sales, sales leadership and marketing experience across diverse industries, including healthcare, education and staffing. Prior to Lennar International, Jason spent 16 years at General Electric, serving in multiple sales leadership and business development roles across the global organization.

Jason brings a global perspective to his work that has been informed by decades of experience leading sales efforts for large multi-national companies like General Electric, as well as for internationally-based companies such as Datex-Ohmeda, Inc. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ePreop, Inc., a medical software developer.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Central Florida.
