President and Chief Operating Officer, Jacobs

Bob Pragada is the President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Jacobs. Together, the Critical Mission
Solutions and People & Places Solutions lines of business generate more than $13 billion in annual revenue,
and serve global clients in the public and private sectors. Jacobs delivers solutions for a range of end markets,
including space exploration and technological development, defense, utilities, nuclear, transportation, water,
the built and natural environments, and cyber security. These markets span a geography that encompasses
the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Jacobs, Bob served as an officer in the US Navy Civil Engineer Corps for 9 years where he rose
to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Bob’s naval career had many highlights, among which was his time
serving the President of the United States as the Facilities Director at Camp David. His time in the service was
followed by a 7-year tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Kinetics – a multi-billion dollar global provider of
process solutions to the semiconductor and pharma-bio manufacturing industry.

Bob joined Jacobs in 2006, and over time he has held several senior management positions such as Senior
Vice President, Global Sales; Group Vice President, Northern Region (United States and the Republic of
Ireland); and Vice President, Field Services. He returned to Jacobs in 2016 after having served as President
and CEO of the Brock Group (a leading provider of industrial specialty services), and took on the role of
President of the Global Industrial and Buildings & Infrastructure lines of business. A key highlight of his
time in that role was the highly successful acquisition and integration of CH2M Hill, which was the largest
acquisition in Jacobs’ history. Bob was appointed to his current role in November 2019.

Bob earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering through the United States Naval Academy, and a
Master of Science in engineering and management from Stanford University. He complements his career as
an executive with service on the Executive Council of the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of
Directors (since July 2018) and as co-chair of the Diversity in Leadership Sub-Council of the DRC’s Diversity
Equity and Inclusion Council (since July 2020). He is also a member of the World Economic Forum’s CEO
Climate Action Committee and Advanced Manufacturing Industry Action Group, a Director of HydroChemPSC,
a billion dollar Litttlejohn Capital owned company (since January 2019), and a Director of Riggs Distler,
a $500 million dollar Oaktree Capital owned company (since January 2020). Outside work, Bob is an avid
