India Real Estate: Half Yearly Update From Top 8 Cities

The residential real estate market has been reeling under severe pressure in the last couple of years, while office segment has been steady. With the passage of the Real Estate Regulatory Act, affordable housing, focus on infrastructure development on the government's agenda, will residential make a comeback this year? Will the office market continue its sustained growth with rental values maintaining their upward movement in most of the cities?
